Naomi Mills is a Chiropractor and Master Firewalking Instructor living and working in Edinburgh Scotland. Naomi owned and ran one of the largest family chiropractic clinics in the East Midlands before a massive realisation changed her life and work. Working from the original premise of "connecting man the physical with man the spiritual" Naomi is passionate about teaching her community about the power of the nervous system through chiropractic, breathwork and Firewalking! She now operates a waiting list practice from her office overlooking the beautiful Pentland hills, and hosts around 50 events per year. She has also authored a book on the mind/ body/ spirit connection "You are the Answer: Why it's time to trust your body". Naomi's personal journey in chiropractic has allowed her to discover a deep sense of success by prioritising inner fulfilment over any stats or numbers. She is excited to share her insights and wisdom to help you create the same shift for yourself.

From the stage to the spine - bringing performance artistry to Chiropractic excellence. Laurie was honoured to be awarded the 2024 UCA Chiropractic Assistant of the Year and is part of the dynamic force transforming how teams deliver exceptional Chiropractic care through.
As a graduate of MGA Academy of Performing Arts and former professional singer, she brings stage presence and precision to Practice Management like no one else. Starting as a Chiropractic Assistant many years ago, Laurie now leads teams across two thriving locations while teaching and coaching CAs, Teams and Chiropractors. Her philosophy? “If Chiropractic is the masterpiece, then The Team is the frame.” As co-creator of Luminnate, alongside Dr Donald Francis, Laurie aims to revolutionise Chiropractic education through Personal Development, Culture Creation and Practice Management training. Her mission: nurturing thriving Chiropractors to amplify Chiropractic’s impact on humanity. Chiropractic transformed Laurie’s life - now she hopes to transform practices, one exceptional team at a time.
Philippa Wilmot
Philippa Wilmot is an award-winning chiropractor, certified business strategist, and the powerhouse behind ChiroVisibility. She’s on a mission to help heart-led chiropractors show up with confidence, attract their dream practice members, and build a fulfilling, joyful practice—without the overwhelm. With a deep passion for pregnancy and paediatrics , plus the experience of running her own thriving family practice, Philippa understands the challenges chiros face and knows exactly how to help them shine. When she’s not adjusting or mentoring, she’s a mum of three, a military wife and a Ted Lasso fan.
Donald Francis
Donald owns and runs two associate-based practices in the Scottish Borders and teaches technique and mentors chiropractors through Luminnate. A 2009 graduate of Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa, and a former Army Officer, he teaches Brain Based Chiropractic, the technique system and thought process he has developed to deliver outstanding results.
Driven by outcomes and a passion for chiropractic in its purest form, the detection and correction of subluxations, Donald has built a large, successful practice in rural Scotland. He believes that honest, authentic chiropractic delivered with a higher vision can thrive anywhere. He is the editor of The Wisdom of 33, a strong supporter of the Scotland College of Chiropractic, and holds a deep respect for Innate Intelligence. Alongside his colleague Laurie Coburn, he co-manages Luminnate to help chiropractors and teams create a greater impact on human health and vitality.
Tom Lawrence
Tom is the owner of Goose Chiropractic & Wellbeing Centre in Sheffield, a large vitalistic chiropractic clinic built around healing, education, and community. His work focuses not only on supporting individual health, but on creating a connected environment where people can learn, grow, and take an active role in their wellbeing.
He is the co-founder of Finding the Primary, an approach that provides the philosophy, understanding, and guiding principles needed to assess a system and identify the area of greatest proprioceptive stress. The method teaches practitioners where to apply the most effective adjustment to reduce maximum stress within the system.
Laurence Tham
Dr. Laurence Tham is a former high-volume chiropractor turned business strategist, helping healthcare owners build profitable, sustainable practices without burning out or losing their love for patient care.
After owning one of Western Australia's most successful chiropractic businesses, Laurence spent over a decade working with practitioners globally, guiding them to build what he calls Profit Practices that lead to Freedom Practices. Alongside this, he serves as Chair of TIGER 21, a private peer group for ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurs — a role that sharpens his thinking around leverage, strategy, and long-term decision-making.
Today, Laurence is focused on the future of healthcare communication and ownership through AlignOS, an AI-powered platform designed to help practitioners grow while remaining deeply human in an increasingly automated world. He was the co-founder of The Wellness Guys and now the co-host of Wabi Sabi: The Art of Imperfection.
